Houston Police Tack Units observed a Vehicle traveling Northbound on the North Freeway Service road runs a plate on a Vehicle that comes back listed as stolen , At that point the officer conducts a Felony traffic stop where the suspect pulls into a Exxon service station were a Male and Female are takin into custody without incident.. Male Driver was arrested for possession of stolen vehicle and female passenger was released.
